1993
In the summer of 1993 three students (two of them at the age of 22 and the third – 23 years old) decided to register a company and start a business.
Rezon Media opened an office in Sofia, Bulgaria.
The first number of the Sofiiski Imoti newspaper came out on 21st March 1994
Rezon Media opened an office in Varna, Bulgaria.
The first number of the Varnenski Imoti newspaper came out on 21st March 1994
Rezon Media opened an office in Ruse, Bulgaria.
The first number of the Rusenskii Imoti newspaper came out on 21st March 1994
The same year started the first newspaper distribution on electronic bearer in Bulgaria.
Customers received on a floppy disk the contents of the Sofiyski Imoti newspaper one day preliminarily. The offers were looked through with the help of DOS software created specially for the purpose and giving the possibility to search by type of real estate, district, price, floor, etc.
This software is the grandparent of the real estate website No 1 in Bulgaria – imot.bg

The publishing company invested in buying printing equipment – rolling printing machine Kronoset produced in East Germany, which worked flawlessly till 2007.
After the success of the real estate issues Rezon Media started a weekly automobile newspaper Avto Pazar. Number 1 came out on 12th June 1997.
Following the business model of Sofiyski Imoti in dealing with auto houses and adding the free offers received by phone by private persons, the Avto Pazar newspaper turned into an issue without competition.
The Auto Pazar newspaper participated in the competition of BAIF and won first prize with its project for creating a web version. The idea itself was later put in the practice with starting the website – mobile.bg.
The first website for offers in Bulgaria – bulinfo.net started working.
The first number of the Sofia Dnes daily newspaper came out on 26th June 2000.
Rezon Media opened an office in Burgas, Bulgaria.
The first number of the Burgaski Imoti newspaper came out on 6th October 2003.
Rezon Media opened an office in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
The first number of the Plovdivski Imoti newspaper came out
on 27th September 2004.
Job search website – Zaplata.Bg started working in March 2005.
The first number of the Imotat magazine came out on 1st February 2006.
Rezon Media opened an office in Belgrade, Serbia.
Rezon Media invested 12 million euro in its own printing house Spektar.bg.
Rezon Media opened an office in Pleven, Bulgaria.
The first number of the Beogradski Nekretnine newspaper came out
on 30th August 2007.
The first number of the Plevenski Imoti newspaper came out
on 3rd September 2007.
Rezon Media opened an office in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria.
The first number of the Mobilen.bg magazine came out on 23rd February 2008
